No, I am not related to these guys. No, I was not provided a free copy of the book to review (I'm not popular enough for that). Amazon has suspended its Affiliate program here in California, so I don't get a kick-back from them if you order the book. No, I am not compensated for this in any way, except that I lost an inch off my waist.
Since I already eat a low-carb diet, I didn't do much differently, except to include their resistance training workout, and use their nutrition recommendation on those training days. I am following their Plan A, since I don't eat much carb in the first place. Per their recommendation, I have tried to add more low-starch veg to my diet. This has been easy, since my garden is exploding with four types of tomatoes.
I go to the gym three days a week, for about 30 minutes, and I am very pleased with the results. (Did I tell you that I lost an inch off my waist?)
